23 Boutique is three friends who fell in love with a building just outside of Valletta and turned it into a boutique hotel.
The hotel is an 18th-century villa restored into a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Floriana. A stone's throw from the Waterfront and a 10-minute walk to the capital Valetta and all it has to offer.
We have designed our hotel in an intimate and relaxing way with all our rooms centred around the courtyard. Within the hotel, you'll find architectural features such as traditional Maltese balconies, limestone walls and wooden arches incorporating the 300-year-old structure into a modern hotel.
Our rooms are designed around the original structure of the building and some rooms don't offer views but all feel light and airy.
